I am a great sleeper, anywhere, anytime not a problem - but!! how the heck do I convince my body that 7-8 hours is more than enough. Doesn't matter what time of the year it is, so I can't blame the cold weather - cat meows & meows, drives me crazy, so I can't blame her. Any solutions?
PS: I have plenty of will power but absolutely no won't power

Set your alarm and get up and go for a 1hr walk/run every morning.

And put the alarm clock where you can't reach it from bed. You have to get out of bed to switch it off.
Have you had a health check?
I was seriously lacking get-up-and-go and found out that my inner body parts weren't functioning properly. Their "working hard" was tiring me out.

I have the opposite problem, terrible sleeper - but 5 hours is enough, plenty of time for sleep when your dead.

Seems like no one actually got it lol - I live on a property so walking is not a problem - tried the alarm at the other end of the room - have become a great shot with a slipper. Health is excellent, always has been - not sleepy after I get up and actually wake up - full of energy and jumping beans - grow my own crops to get my seeds so yes I am out in the sun a lot, slip slop slap and all that. I do wake up to the alarm, thats not a worry, but just seem to doze off without even trying to - my sister tells me that I could sleep on a pin head lol, sad but true - be strong and determined is that the trick?

Why do you set the alarm?

Sorry for laughing but I never was, never will be a morning person, I'll make any excuse
to stay in bed longer.
