As Donald Trump scraps DACA, a giant toddler appears over US-Mexico border wall

In the first photo, it looks as if the toddler mural is right up against the wall, with the fingers strategically placed so they appear to be touching the top.

But then lower down, a different photo shows the mural not only further back-that i could understand-but on a strange angle to the wall.

I would never have guessed it needed to be placed like that for the effect!

thats what i thought when i looked at the first picture then the second, not as easy as first thought.

mabe building anything that touches the wall would be on US soil?
