NSW had a lot to learn from Victorians. I wish them the best but why did it take Gladys a month to realise that pussyfooting around this would do her no favors.
Now it looks like Morrison is throwing her under the bus too, as he does with everyone.
Solved! Go to Solution.

What a load of rubbish! Of course freedom can be regained.
My father lost two kinds of freedom during WWII - the first when he was drafted into the army and the second when he was captured and spent three years in a POW camp. When the war finished he regained them both.
We have a lot in common.
As well as our parents & background we both both know that the wearer of tin foil hats is a nutter.

My, my - the first post around 5am - one can only assume - out in the organic veggie patch - weeding away - coaxing snails - and watering. ๐

Iโm deeply concerned that Gladys Berejiklian has planned a release of restrictions for too early in the vaccination rate.
There are flow-on effects impacting basic services. In Victoria we already see V/Line shut down while some of its employees have tested positive. Hospitals might have the required capacities โ but only in terms of facilities, not in terms of healthcare personnel, particularly given how exhausted and overwhelmed they already are.
Wellโฆ I suppose weโll see. I sincerely hope that the emphasis on vaccinating the mobile cohort will be enough.

Depressing. Some people seem to think beach time is worth dying for.
Now youโve driven me to drink, domino.
Yes, time for a coffee.
