A pastor once said to me "Church does not make the Man" and have found that unfortunately to be all too true. Even a pastor acknowledged this.

The multiple threads created last night to mock those involved in a discussion that didn't suit you.

You seem to be the only one (besides the doomsdayer) that believes my 3 threads on religion last night were "mocking religion". Is it the "multiple" that mocked? Was it the topics themselves?

You still haven't shown me where I denigrated religion.

Any sane and reasonable person knows this. 🙂

I get upset knowing the Vatican covered up knowledge of child abuse. But I am intelligent enough to know it was man who did the abuse and the covering up, not Jesus or God.

Spot on Az! That's exactly what happened. And you are right, I would never mock God or Jesus ((Bella)) or any other religious God :-x

However, what does annoy me is endless posts of bible scripture. I'd rather here about peoples own views and feelings on how their religion/beliefs make them feel i.e supported, comforted, inspired, fearful, joyful ...

Anyway, I was having a bad night last night. Sowwy :-x

You do realise without the bible scriptures, CHristianity wouldn't exist.
