Busy time here as usual ...
Nice staying for weekend which I love
Miss 3 here aswell ...very emotional and fragile ATM....breaks my heart .
Miss m had a carp day yesterday ..but better today ..
Meds will take a few days ..let's hope they help her .
She will be getting a special suit made for support aswell ...


Ha ha Katy at hubby walking home , that's just the sort of thing my dad would have done .

I know oz ..we take to much for granted ...20 week ultra sound showed no probs .

Onward and upward we have to go ...don't feel like it at times but we have to !

hubby got me 6 new chooks ( such a romantic).. They are isa Browns .
Thelma and Louise ,Dorothy ,Blanche,Sophia and rose are laying well .
Our tenant had ducklings ..about a week old ..18 in this lot ..
We are duck sitting ..now there is17 ..one was a bit crook .

He has 2 more nesting ..big thunder storm here tonight ..so we how they go.

is it dry down there in tassie too?  wish we would get some decent rain.

our old 17 yr old dog is struggling a bit, thought we would have to get him put down  a few weeks ago when he was having trouble walking, took him to the vets but they gave him some new arthritis tabs, and painkillers, and he is ok atm.  putting off the inevitable, but the kids are all so attatched to him, they will be heartbroken when he goes.  he has been a bit like a therapy dog for mr 7

taking the younger 2 kids for a daytrip today, older 2 are both working.

Haha at the chooks names. I love Isa Browns, they are so quiet and gentle.

Poor little MissA. I suppose she is realising the situation and is feeling the loss.

I hope the new meds will help M. rest a bit better. 

Oz it is always horrible when pets age. Our girls are 13 and 15. The older one spends most of her day asleep in her bed these days. She eats well though, so I guess she is just tired.

OH is firing on all cylinders this morning, talking up a storm. I am pleased to be going to visit mum later. rofl.

Annie love the chickens names, my Grand dad had Chickens and he knew them all by name.

I hope we never ate one but I expect we did.

Cleaned to stove fan filters and Lots of bird poo off the house, Lilli is not doing her job of chasing them away.

Now I have the Patio Cover I have to go and buy Table and chairs for out there.

Lion, OH is a real homebody, hates being away. The dog was sulking too, and got all disobedient because OH wasn't around to spoil her.

Mum was rather vague today, but had a sandwich,yogurt and coffee on the go for her lunch. While she can still look after herself she will stay in her home. I couldn't find much milk in the fridge and went looking to see if she had some. I knew she must have more as sister in law did groceries for her yesterday evening. I found three litres of fresh milk  in the cupboard with the heat treated stuff. 😞

 I said to her that she had put the fresh milk in the cupboard and she said, well isn't that where it goes?. 🙂 

Tea is half ready for this evening as I did meat and veg's this morning for mum. All I need to do is cook some meat for us, as I did extra veg's.

Very humid this morning. I hate steamy weather.

OH must be feeling better, he is complaining about various politicians. Told him that is more likely to make him sick than better. 🙂

Jacob is here and pulling things out of my desk, not going to end well, so I better supervise. Catch up later.
