Well first day of another year is here and some are under the weather. 🙂 Go for a swim Lion, it will clear your head.

My new year resolution is to spend less time on the computer. I suspect that will be short lived. Must have my scrabble and crosswords.

We are expecting a very hot weekend :(, so I am going to get some housework done today. I hate hot weather.

Hawk it is hard for sure. 

Thinking of you and Annie these holidays.

I have been to our newly renovated library. Would have preferred more books etc than extra seating/reading areas. 

Bonus though is that they have now got a dedicated room for geneology. Might get back into family research this year.

Going to be a hot one tomorrow, so I will cook a chicken later today so I don't need to use the oven tomorrow.

Tasman had two fresh chooks for $7.99. Can't get much cheaper than that.

My gorgeous son came over with my future DIL, DIL cleaned my window and Son cleaned and polished my car, I vacuumed the car.

Son also dug out at the back of the Patio because I want to put weed mat and more river stones in that area.

I am happy

Morning all.

It is good to get some help now and then Lion. While OH was in hospital my son, dil and her brother came around and did lawns, and cut back a feral wisteria. I fed them pizza at the end of the afternoon. lol.

Going to be around 41 today, so I am staying inside.

Lion I read the first part of your sentence re going up the road to buy weed. Lol. Thank goodness there was more to the statement. 

Rough night here sleepwise. It was still 30 degrees when I made my way to bed, and hotter than that inside I am sure. Heading out soon to visit mum and fil. It is cooler this morning, so hope it lasts a while.
