Things are what they are here, Finally got all the legal stuff sorted so now we can move forward with getting houses sorted for the Grandsons.

two and a half years of legal BS and having to get lawyers to finally get the super money paid out, insurance cos are very quick to take money, not so easy to get them to part with it.

How many grandsons ?

Hi everyone 

Kopes the two grandsons from our daughter.

I signed a contract for a house for the eldest yesterday and just waiting for the agent to get seller to sign and get it back to us.

Short settlement as there are no conditions, it is down as 13th may but he said the seller bank may be a few days late.
Banks are a bit slow to do their part.

then just one more legal step with the boys agreeing and acknowledge which houses is theirs when they get to 25 and my work is done.

Would love to get away when school holidays are over but with a house settlement and helping him move in and getting services connected it maybe a little late this year to travel. 

Will see what the weather is like by then. 

it will be funny being home for my birthday this year, it seems we are away for mine and OH every year 

I really could do with some time away.
