I agree az. If  an ebay member makes a new Id and it reminds someone else of a past ID from long ago(which they had on block, so obviously didn't think much of them anyway) why is that even worth mentioning.?

I am sure the person who had a similar id in the past, and who doesn't even post here, wouldn't care less. Too bad for them if they did, anyway.
