joz, it all depends on where you are situated and the prices for that area.

property here is quire reasonable to compared to other places. and also anything water frontage is always a plus

I heard you had an earthquake! Good their weren't any injuries. I've been through 2 really small ones....One in California and one here. Most don't know there is a fault line on the east coast and when it goes I'd hate to be in the city. Unlike California buildings here weren't designed with earthquakes in mind.

Water front is expensive every where I think, I am 2 streets back from the beach.

Easy walk as I have two beach accesses in my street.
