Pretty good Annie! Finishing my morning coffee. I love my coffee and there are health benifits to coffee too.

The temps were perfect this last week, although the week before was a heat wave. One more day over 90 would have broke the all time hot weather for July. Then the temps dropped 30 degrees....needed to wear a jacket 2 days.

August is our hottest month. Can't wait!

you can buy a massage chair pad , they have heat as well and are really good, we have one and have used it on occasion  i think ours cost 30.00 so it was cheap.

we have had it for a few years now so cannot recall where we bought it from

Enjoy your coffee jimmy and the nice wether ,you will have snow again before you know it .
Have seen those countessa , we have a chair here that was aunties ,she had it in high care it lays down like a bed and can tilt right up so your nearly standing to get out of it .
Might have to plug it in .
Have taken some pain relief , better get of here and get some zzzz's

Heat is good annie, and the Goanna stuff is good too. 

It is a matter of resting and waiting it out I'm afraid, although when you are really suffering it feels like you will never improve. You will though.

Good morning Katy! I'm going to give it shot. I try to use as little butter as possible and put the bacon on paper towels to pull out the grease. Cooking with bacon grease can't be good for you....but I'll let you know how it is,lol.

Joz....I have the potatos boiling now. What kind of drive thru? McDonalds has a good breakfast menu, but I don't trust their burgers! Bleck! God knows whats in them. The best thing about McDonalds....if you're on the road, they have clean bathrooms!

jim decided on a tropicana red rooster for supper tonight for a change ( it was delicious ), thought about a grand angus deal at maccas - about the only meal i'd buy from them

i never hosed the porcelain there to find out tho, rofl

I had the angus once or twice, not bad considering.

I still haven't eaten yet.(though I already had 7 slices of bacon!) I lay 2 slices in rows in a foil lined pan, drain, flip...at 500f. No mess to clean up. I can eat almost the whole pound! (package)

I loves bacon!
