Hi Annie! Just enjoying my morning coffee, watching the news and reading here. Not a lot to read though. The lady on the news said we shouldn't retire til we are 70, pfft....I'm ready now!
I played lotto last night, over $200 million....maybe I won and can retire today!

Good evening all
It was a fantastic day here with the sun shining and little wind, was really nice outside.
Went for a ride on the mower and saw a couple of frill neck lizards, one didn't want to move and I went around him on the way up figuring he would run after I went past, but no he was still in the way on the way back, I had to back up a little and used the wheel to scare him into moving.
The second one was busy eating sour sob flowers, never seen them do that before and the silly thing didnt seem to be worried about the mower either.
It was nice to soak up a few rays

Hello Hawk.
I read what Soulart said about what period of time we'd like to live in. I was thinking about that only a couple of days ago.
I would like the old wild west days. I'm a good shot and have fast reflexes and would have done ok. But I think the 50s and 60s would have been best. I would have built one of those street hotrods in the 50s.

Yes I agree that the 50s & 60s were a more relaxed and simple time.
I think thats why when people have a mid life crises they buy fancy sports cars or motor bikes
