hayfever has been shocking, i had to get an injection last week to try and help 

it has eased it somewhat.

The winds certainly seem to bring the pollens and allergens around..i will see if we can get something , both mr19 and i tend to get sore eyes and snuffles

yes thanks, just need to try and stay on top of it now but it is hard when it is sooo windy and flowers are really blooming to this year.
