Hahaha!! Be very careful what you let them wish on you, Karen - you might finish up with my artistic talent instead. I'm the only person I know who failed shorthand because she couldn't design the little squiggles properly and make them thick and thin in the right places.

ya not wrong hawk ...phone companies are a pita ! and they  seem to be getting worse

guy that came and put in all the stuff ,stood out side and said which way is north ,he needed it facing that way ...what the !!! its his job ..he should know !
