Thanks lionrose and katy, the pics are a couple of years old now.  A few things have changed in the pool area but we still need to pull down the rest of the chicken coops all along the fence lines.....one day lol

Funny you should say that Lion. I always say to myself when I am leaving that it is a wonder I am not crazy. lol.

Mum has about 5 topics of conversation that I hear every week, and have done for the last year. The short term memory is such a problem for her now that I have to keep repeating myself all afternoon. She can remember from 85+ years ago, but can't remember what I said five minutes ago. I gave her an exasperated look today, and she burst out laughing. We both did.

Strangely enough Soul, chooks are one of the subjects I have to listen to every week. Dad had chook sheds that Mum always complained about. Now he is gone, and the sheds are still a thorn in her side. Then my brother made things worse by getting four chooks and Mum spends her time going outside to shoo them away from the back yard. I keep telling her that you can't herd chooks.

Hahaha Katy, at least you and your mum can laugh about it.  I have the same conversations with my mother on the phone, too lol

Doesn't land in our yard Rosie but we can see it ..it was windy yesterday so we felt it for sure .
