I had a tenant that complained about the frogs croaking at night and that he had to pay rent in advance.

I felt like telling him to go home to his Mummy LOL.

NZ is still having about 10 to 20 small earthquakes a hour.

Had one off White Island this morning ,people here say they felt it, I was asleep.

I just had a look at the Fault line Map and we do have one in the Bay of Plenty.

The big Fault line in Kaikoura is setting off smaller fault lines in the same area.

Hope everyone has a good time, sadly its not a good time for all as many miss loved ones and it can be a hard time of year.

Rosie their are some 5really special types out there and many seem to rent, we had one that complained a cat sat on his car and people would knock on his door.

The way things are it will be next year before I call in again
