Goodness Me

I Think i'am going to combust with these constant hot days here in Cowra NSW, Everyday is either the high 30's or just on or abit over 40, We had a small change  with abit of rain last week which didn't really do alot. Everything is so dry as you would expect in the country,  Just my winge for the day.

Re: Goodness Me

Sounds like hard graft spot (sorry, that was bad)

Jasper Hill booze is pretty good - you've developed champagne tastes there

Come down to McLaren Vale, we've got some premium shiraz too.

What are you grafting over ? Chardonnay to something trendy is my guess Smiley Happy

Re: Goodness Me

No sound! UHGGGG!

I've a bed like that.  Made in Birmingham.

Anyway, my assumption is that Bob spotwelds brass beds.

Re: Goodness Me

Hi pct001.
Lots of tempranillo and pinot gris going in.I'm grafting verdelho at the moment and chardonnay next week.Last job for the year, then down to Sydney to buy more music, rest up and then off to Womadelaide and John Zorn at the Arts Festival.I earn that much I can afford 5 or 6 months off a year.
South Australia has the best reds.Had most of them-Hill of Grace,Grange and one of my faves,Jim Barry's The Omagh from the Clare Valley.I bought a bottle of Chateau Margot many years ago. That was excellent. Won't go there again though. Its about $800 a bottle nowdays. I can buy a lot of cds for that money😊

Re: Goodness Me

PS Dominic Versace's Shiraz is also excellent. He's situated at Angle Vale just out of Adelaide. You can purchase at his little vineyard.A nice chap, if you ever venture there say hi from his grafters😊

Re: Goodness Me

Haven't tried pinot grigio, eloi. There are few Italian varieties being grown now. Vermentino, Montepulciano,Graziano are just few that I've seen
