I love seeing graffiti, especially ones with a message.

Stawka, try and take some....would like to see it.

There's more around town, I need to go for a drive.

The town council is on to graffiti here, paint over it fairly fast.

 

I  liked this one, that was done on the small underpass (under the train line)where I drove by frequently. It stayed there for quite awhile, then the council painted over it. Some ole granny probably complained about it, ha.

 

Same person also did another small one of a rat peeking around a corner on the brickwork of a shop.

Someone quite close to me sprayed a rail underpass in Brisbane. He was quite chuffed when the council renewed it when it started to get a bit faded 🙂

Someone I know was a graffiti artist too.  The Magistrate ordered him to perform 100 hours community service (removal of graffiti).

 

20 years later, he is a sought-after painter/decorator employing a couple of young ex-graffiti offenders who paint "tromp l'oeil" scenes.
