That is really ugly.  Don't care what the message is.

It's graffiti at its worst!

I see they didn't waste paint - the apostrophe in Lot's.

Would this have anything to do with the Uni newspaper - Lot's Wife?

Please pay 'lot's' more taxes to pay for their education in Signwriting and appropriate punctuation.
