Totally agree, if you a meant to be staying at home, why do you need to attend a hairdresser? Surely people aren't that vain at a time like this?

I heard on the late news last night that some hairdressers are begging the government to close them down too.....I missed what the reason was.

Maybe they feel the same as most reasonable people.....how can you practice social distancing when you are handling someone's hair?

I don't know any hairdresser who could do anything to your hair (except wash it) in ½ hour.

Totally ridiculous.

Close 'em down.

If they close their own stores, they are liable for staff wages.

If the gov't closes them down, the gov't pays them.

The solution is just to test each client for caronavirus before admitting to the salon - i have read that some test kits only takes 15 minutes for a result.

If you can get them.

Even some hospitals are using the requirement that you've been overseas before they 'waste' a test on you.

Mine took around 20 mins to trim and I washed it at home. Just before Xmas I decided I wanted to grow it, so I musta known something was going to happen.

Hubs and I have now decided to turn in real bushies and just let our grow, though he still likes to trim his his mo n beard
