Thinking about Openly carrying your firearm? AWESOME! The following video is a checklist of things to remember to make your support of our second amendment go more smoothly. This is a common sense checklist and is not the offering of any paid experts.

you are obsessed with guns, and killing.......that makes you a gun fondler..
Where are you even getting that? I called you out on your stance that you should be able to have guns but I can't. If I'm obsessed with anything it's applying all laws and rules equally on us all. If I can't have guns then you really shouldn't have them because there is no way that you are safer with tham than I am. NO POSSIBLE WAY. and that's not to say you shouldn't have them. You did ask permission from your state like a good slave (permit) Shows you don't think much of the bill of rights the 2ed amendment.
The fact is I called you out for your guns when I have none and I'm obsessed with them, I'm obsessed with killing to according to you. Probibly because I call out cops for it. I'm obsessed with the truth, personal freedom and natural rights and if we all want to join together to ban those things OK, lets do it, for everyone, you too.
Give up your guns One Time, put your money where your mouth is, make sure they get destroyed, or, are you the gun fondler? The closest thing I have to a gun is a cordless drill, Black n Decker, not Smith n Wesson,, shall I get rid of that as well?

Where are you even getting that?
You are so obsessed that you spam every board you are on, even this one, in a country that has almost no guns.......and it's the same tired litany......cops are bad.......you advocate cutting the arm off and cremating it of anyone who has a tattoo of a gun.
I'm not a fondler, because I don't spend every waking moment thinking about a gun. I'm realistic enough to know that the US will never be free of guns, but the state of Massachusetts made a good start by banning semi-automatic rifles, with no loopholes. Next will be the high-capacity magazines......there is absolutely no need for a 30 or 100 round magazine........unless your intent is to kill as many humans as possible. Then, hopefully will come an excise tax on ammunition. And for those who cry that such a tax is burdensome to the poor.........I ask you, if they can afford a $1100 weapon, they surely can't be too poor to cough up an extra buck per round.

sounds like some foreigner who has absolutely no idea about Australian law. we dont have a 1st or 2nd or any other amendment for that matter. we dont have the right to bear arms for a damn good reason. we dont want to end up like your "good ol' us of a". and to that other person who says they keep a shot gun for defence of their property, how does a man slaughter charge sound to you? You are allowed to defend your property but by only using reasonable force and a shot gun is NOT reasonable.

Fo trut Joanie does not care where she post or how many times she changes her id, does not matter if it is a American board Australia board or any board in the world.
As you can see joanie does not like Police men, she does like American gun laws and the first second amendment, which does not apply to us in Australia at all but she just wants every one to know she does NOT like Policemen

Here in the US, we have what is known as "Castle Doctrine".......which states that if you percieve a threat to your life, you have the right to take any measure to protect yourself.
Oregon has a self-defense law based on the castle doctrine. The law includes a โstand your groundโ clause, meaning crime victims do not have a duty to retreat before using physical or deadly force under the guidelines of the law. Deadly force is permissible when a victim reasonably believes that another person is about to use deadly force against him. http://civilliberty.about.com/od/guncontrol/a/Oregon-Gun-Laws.htm
My shotgun is loaded with #4 shot, which may cause a lot of damage, but not necessarily fatal.

However, it is not a unilateral license to kill. http://www.nbcnews.com/id/43710936/ns/us_news-crime_and_courts/t/oklahoma-pharmacist-sentenced-life-...
Confronted by two holdup men, Ersland pulled a gun, shot one of them in the head and chased the other away. Then, in a scene recorded by the drugstore's security camera, he went behind the counter, got another gun, and pumped five more bullets into Parker as he lay on the floor unconscious.
At the trial, prosecutors argued that Ersland crossed into the wrong when he shot the unarmed and unconscious Parker five more times.

That is a problem that needs to be fixed, I'm trying to fix it. People all over the world should have freedom. I would venture that those off world should as well.
I'm not a fondler, because I don't spend every waking moment thinking about a gun.
No, you just spend every waking moment thinking of ways to take my rights and freedom away.
there is absolutely no need for a 30 or 100 round magazine........unless your intent is to kill as many humans as possible
OK, I agree, there is no need to have that for most people, probibly for anyone. But there is a need for the freedom to have it, to have whatever we want and have the means to aquire. If you and most people don't see that need, then no one is forcing you to have those things. You however seem to want to force your beliefs on others. I should have the same freedom as anyone in the world, as the president of the US, God knows I'm far more trustworthy. But I have not even brought up the high end stuff, the 30 or 100 round stuff. You brought that up. My beef is with applying laws diffrently tward some than others. For example, what makes you leagally fit for firearm ownership, while I'm forbidin to even own a single shot whatever?
The reason I don't own any guns is because I know they will be taken, and I also know that I would never use them against the ones taking them (cops of some kind) So it would be throwing money away to buy them. But if I could, if all things were equal. I would be fine with a lever action rifle, a 5 shot 38spl revolver, and a 20ga shotgun. That's likely what I would have. But none of that would mean anything without the freedom to buy and have what you believe should be outlawed.
You see, it's not the gun I'm obsessed with, it's two things really. One- the freedom and right for all adults to have them and if we can't have that, then two- Whatever unjust laws passed to apply to everyone equally. You, me, those in Australia. If anyone living on Mars then them too.
I don't give a rats you know what about the gun, I'm a freedom and equality fondler.

As I've said, countless times before, Joannie, you need to move........if you persist in living in a county whose law enforcement is anathematized towards you, you will never have those freedoms you earnestly covet.
