I've just decided to wash the grey out of my hair ... even though I've organised chanting with my Buddhist teacher at 12 before the party. Oh good one Cat. Sitting here with hair dye piled on my head, wearing a towel and I can't do anything for another 25 min's.  😐  

Is it appropriate to greet guests with wet hair (a soon to be beautiful shade of light brown) and wearing a towel?

My little party is over and I had a wonderful time! There was lots of yummy food and wine and my special family and friends.

I was able to fit 30 mins of chanting with my Buddhist teacher. We had mini vegetarian frittata's, a veg home made pizza and a meat lovers one, gourmet baguettes, home made flat bread and home made dips courtesy of my future son-in-law, lemon tart and cream, specialty biscuits from a bakery .....

I guess I'm rambling on about the food and wine because I could only have the frittata's on my diabetic diet. *sigh*.  I made everyone take the leftovers home. But everyone said I looked skinnier, healthier and happier so that's motivation enough to keep going.

I got lots of lovely presents, including a pair of beautiful leather boots from my daughter!
