Hi, my 22 yr old daughter is looking at getting implants done. Sadly she has never developed hardly at all. I dont blame her looking into this but concerned if its safe etc. She is a uni student to cant afford too much. Can anyone tell me what dr they had and how much it cost?

i am pretty sure that I was promoting the development of the pectoral muscles - not the breast tissue or even fat deposits in that area.
The enlargement of the pectoral muscles may be sufficient to raise whatever is there on this person to their desired outcome.
Yes, DO have a look at athletes who develop their pectoral muscles - GO ON! Not just any athlete as you suggest - ones who specifically develop their entire pectoral muscle group.
The poster claims that they just want a small difference (I think an A cup is smallish?) They don't want to immitate Pamela Anderson and develop breasts that poke out past their chins.

The link I provided just showed that more than one type of exercise was needed, that more than one muscle needed to be developed, and that weight bearing exercise and adequate nutrition was required for the enlargement of muscle as opposed to flapping your gums arms around in the wind like an epileptic bird, which was the example provided by somebody else.

I think the OP's daughter is looking for a more feminine look......thus the breast enlargement question.
Women who only have muscle without fatty breast tissue on their chests look like men.....not attractive or feminine.
You can promote muscle development, however in this situation, it's not really appropriate.

Here are two beautiful women with less than an A cup. And who cares?
One of them apparently had dozens of lovers, the other was more prudent. Both were very successful in their careers.
I doubt that the lovers or anyone else judged them by their chest size.

and what decade or century were those in the pics taken???, dont you get it?, fashions change, 'beauty' changes with generations
50's was voluptuous and curvy, 70's thin like twigy, 90's was all about the curves....
showing examples of famous woemn of indeterminate vintage really shows nothing
fact is you just dont get it....and you never will by ignoring the one thing tjat you dont experience or cant understand
i have a beautiful young neice, flat as i was, she doent give a hoot, she is happy ...good for her i say.. i am proud of her, i dont think my sister parented her any different to the way our mum parented me. its the personality diferences is what makes us unique as individuals. some of us are unhappy with the lack of mammaries we endedup with
.i am not talking small to big, i mean NONE to just some
when i was younger i found it a bit 'rich' that someone with more than 'some' would say to me, oh they such a problem they get in the way, oh bras are so expensive or really theyre just fatty tissue, you arent missing anything....
i mean really??
just to be able to wear a blouse or dress and have it 'sit' right is what its all about....i cant tell you how soul destroyng it was as a young women to have assistants in shops snigger becuse the dress wasnt 'right', oh you poor thing, why dont you try the kiddies store down the road?...
if you havent experienced total and absolute true clat chestedness you will never understand
