Has anyone had breast implants done in Adelaide?

Hi, my 22 yr old daughter is looking at getting implants done.  Sadly she has never developed hardly at all.  I dont blame her looking into this but concerned if its safe etc.  She is a uni student to cant afford too much.  Can anyone tell me what dr they had and how much it cost?

No, that wasn't what I meant. I was referring to building muscle mass through nutrition and weight bearing exercise. The exercise performed in that video is unlikely to make any noticeable difference in muscle size, Non weight bearing exercise increases endurance of the targetted muscle, not mass. Furthermore, the pectoral region is comprised of 4 muscle groups. That exercise isolates and develops just one and can potentially lead to an imbalance and lack of stability in the pectoral region if the other 3 muscle groups are not proportionately developed.

In that case, you need to work on either your material or its delivery.

 

I pondered whether the increase in muscle mass of the pectoral muscles would be suitable in these circumstances, and responded that the example you supplied would not acheive the desired result and would require development of the entire muscle group acheived through weight bearing exercise and specific nutrition.

 

Why ask me what I meant if you were not interested in my answer? You asked me a question, as evidenced by the presence of a question mark. There was no indication that the question was rhetorical, so it appeared that you were seeking clarification of what I meant and rather than just say no, I was polite and expanded my answer to clarify what I did mean and included how muscle growth in the pectoral region may be acheived.

I am of the understanding that there are no such fat deposits in the person enquiring about this procedure, hence the consideration that developing the muscles underneath that area may provide enough bulk to acheive sufficient protrusion for the desired appearance,.

 

Growing fat is easy - just adopt irregular eating habits, eat **bleep** and consume a higher calorie intake of that **bleep** than the amount of energy that you expend. To increase the rate at which the fat grows, avoid as much activity as possible to avoid redirecting the energy required for the generation of fat to other bodily functions.

 

1 kilo of fat is equivilent to 7700 calories. The average body requires between 1500 and 2000 calories a day for basic metabolic function and survival. So any calories consumed above that level have the potential to be converted to and stored in the body as fat if not redirected to muscle development or expended through exercise.
