yesterday he said his car was half under water, then we havent heard

anything else.

I am so jealous you have rain!

Still struggling with Christmas. There are just too many generations...my mum (88), my aunt (87), my aunt's daughter (my cousin) myself & my hubby (who doesn't have any parents)...then there are our kids & their kids....Exhausting just to think about it. Haha!!

Us oldies & our mums will have Christmas at my place I think. Then all the others are welcome to come on over anytime they like & swim in the pool (the kids like this)

You never know Pam, I may even be invited to one of the young ones places (in my dreams, I think!)

I do hope you are doing well Pam.The cooler weather doesn't help our aches & pains at all xxx

We've finally had some rain after a long dry spell. Not much but hopefully enough to green things up a bit and help the firefighters, who have their hands full with bushfires at the moment.

I meant to watch Auction Room on ABC tonight but forgot all about it, as usual. Thankfully I can catch up with the show on iView, which is a great service for the absent minded.

Typical spring-type day here today. Sunny, bit of rain overnight, bit of a breeze today

I have to get bits & pieces ready for taxation for tomorrow. I have been putting it off. Not like me really but just can't be bothered. Now I have to get all the facts & figures together *sigh*. The appointment with the tax agent has been made & I have been backed into a corner....no more time. Where did the last 4 months go???

Hello everyone:-)

I havent been in for a few days, have been unwell, feeling better now.

I am having the Gastroscopy & Dilation on tues. 13th, so that is not long to wait, as the pain has been really bad.

We have had two days of 30 plus temps..........and today it is raining again and cold, Victoria seems to be the only state having lots of rain......my garden is flourishing!

I'm sorry to hear that you haven't been well, Pam, but glad that you're feeling better now. I'm doing ok, thanks. Still waiting to hear from the back specialist.

We had a burst of rain yesterday. It didn't last long but it freshened things up a bit. Every little bit helps.

Strange sort of day here, sort of humid earlier & now there is a breeze and looks like rain, only 22 today.

Long w/end here, alot of people take monday off, so they dont go back till wednesday because of Melb. Cup on tuesday.

Alot of schools are closed on monday too. Oliver will be home, his school is open monday, but they said if the parents didnt want to send them, it was okay. They dont do much at school this time of the yr.

Crosby, you should ring and see where you are on the waiting list & tell them your back is really bad..........it does help sometimes to do that.

I am ringing next week to see where I am on the waiting list to have my cataracts done, my eyes are so bad.
