And the final one which I think someone mentioned was they were never clear whether he had a bomb but he had
convinced the hostages he did and it had wires out of the back.
A dead man switched bomb is the worst case scenario in an enclosed space like that, most of the hostages would be dead
or severely wounded.

They did get some food but not much for the length of time they were held hostage. I suppose the hostage taker wouldn't want the hostages out of sight for long, if he went to supervise them with the food, there would be no one to watch the others and give them a chance to escape.
i only heard them saying that on the hostage
videos.

I am also on an ipad in an evening, during the day normal computer but I really notice the ipad typing and then look up to see what is what and see all the missing letters. And I would be called "heavy handed" !!!
