of things you want to achieve.....
I did
after I split from my husband last year I made a list of things I wanted to achieve.....I forgot about it until last Sunday!
When I looked at it I realised I had already achieved two things on my very short list!!
Well I believe I am good at my job
and I bought a new car just before xmas (and I dont remember putting that one on the list)
It was only 7 months ago that I created the list.

well, I just read about your pirate, so it sounds like you were doing plenty of cardio and working on your fitness as well - so that's a third thing to cross off your list!

Yep plenty of cardio....but not the right kind! Fun cardio doesn't count sadly

I am habitual list maker.
But it is every day kind of lists - tasks, things to do.
I think making a list of goals is an excellent idea. It does somehow make you achieve your goals. I've just never gotten around to doing it myself.
