Dairy Farmers thick & creamy yoghurt?

OMG they are sooo nice I love the lemon, caramised fig, Mango & passionfruit. I haven't tried the coconut and raspberry but it's on the shopping list.

Another good yogurt but a little indulgent is one called 'eat gourmet' available in coconut flavour which is my favourite.

only true yoghourt is Jalna which is sealed and made in the pot and my favourite is the premium vanilla but another nice one is the organic five:am vanilla bean. Both a bit more expensive but you get what you pay for.

yes Jalna is the only one recommended by homeopaths. natural in every way.

Jalna Greek yougurt is yummy, I practically lived on it for a couple of months earlier this year when I was really sick.

Will be buying the one you suggested Freddie today, if I can find it.

My morning smoothie, is either 1 apple, pair, banana, or some mixed berries, a dash of skim milk, about 4 large spoonfuls of Jalana fat free plain greek yoghurt, a small handful of almonds, and 2 teaspoons of cinnamon, sometimes I toss in a handful of baby spinach.

Try this for a change in your blender - smim milk, jalna yoghurt, 1 heaped tablespoon "vital green" protein powder (lowest in carbs), one egg, handful of blueberries or your choice of fruit and a teaspoon of honey.  Very filling and you will not feel like anything for at least 4 hours.

Keep it nice, I might cry if you write anything upsetting (like not)

I have tried Thick & Creamy caramlised fig yoghurt now.. it is very delicious.

It is Gelatine free, if  there any vegetarians out there.

I also bought a Rachel's one (mango) but daughter has already eaten that.
