Help my husband is acting strangely

He cleaned more than half of the house and I didn't even suggest it. I didn't say a word, in fact had to stop him later as it was getting too scary.

I asked him if he had done something wrong but he denied any wrongdoing.

What's happening?

Or maybe it's a brain tuna. Something is fishy with his behaviour for sure. He doesn't sound like a "real" man to me, if you know what I mean?
