Help with reading glasses

Whats the best way to clean them.

 

Mine seem to always have a smear on them and its annoying the carp out of me.

 

I've used the spray they give you, I've used windex..................nothing!!!!!

 

Help please!!

Windex will usually smear as the glass has the prescription on it -unlike mirrors or a window that windex would work on.

Sorry, but that made me laugh.

The prescription is written by the optom and the glass is shaped accordingly, almost always they are pre-shaped these days and cut to size.

My optometrist has told me to wash mine with soap / detergent and water, and dry them with a soft towel at least once a day.

Between times, I use the little soft cloth they give you to give them a quick polish Smiley Wink
