Help with reading my telstra emails

Hi,

I need some help reading my telstra business acount emails - my internet is down until Tuesday - insert swear words here - and I don't know how to access my emails from my neighbours computer? I can access my telstra bill but not my emails.

I use Outlook on my computer but I am on my friends computer and he uses Outlook Express.

alternatively you could just sign-in to your telstra online account on your neighbours computer and pay the bill online

there you can check moneys owed too

outlook express? hmm, i think thats built-in to XP OSs

like windows mail was to vista which can't be accessed on another computer

(i use web-mail no probs there in that regard)

I have already paid the bill but I need to access my emails. I am presently on the phone to telstra, waiting, waiting, waiting, waiting.

I am having withdrawal symptoms - have not had access to internet all day and wont untill next Tuesday - maybe.

esseco, when you log in to your My Bigpond can you see a tab that says webmail?  (I assume it is a bigpond mail account)

edit:

I just had a look at mine. My home page is http://media.telstra.com.au/home.html  and there are two options over on the right. My Account, and Webmail. You should be able to get your mail through the webmail section

For generics (yahoo,hotmail etc) jusst type in - hotmail.signin - in google

or

in the http://    webmail.youremail.com.au (if au is part of it) You will be directed to a login screen, enter your password and away you go.
