Help with reading my telstra emails

Hi,

I need some help reading my telstra business acount emails - my internet is down until Tuesday - insert swear words here - and I don't know how to access my emails from my neighbours computer? I can access my telstra bill but not my emails.

HELP please.

I just had a look at mine. My home page is http://media.telstra.com.au/home.html  and there are two options over on the right. My Account, and Webmail. You should be able to get your mail through the webmail section

back when i was having problems with windows mail, i can't remember if i had to create the web-mail account throung my net provider or if i just signed-in , pretty sure none of the emails from the w.mail account transfered over and it was a fresh clean account

It seems that because I have a domain name there is no webmail facility.

I am now back onto telstra on another computer seeking help.

If you have a dongle connection they can't help me which is where I was at the first neighbours place an houror so ago.

Now at another neighbours with an ADSL connection, so that may make it possible.

As JG writes,  use Webmail,  the Telstra page is HERE    all you do is fill in your user-name and password.
