Poor old Rupe's in a bit of a bind at the moment. His newspapers are supporting Obama's plan to grant citizenship to the huge number of illegals in America.However since Obama first announced this,the Republicans mouthpiece,Foxnews has campaigned against it.
The problem for the Republicans is that the vast majority of these illegals are Latin Americans and this has alienated the Latino votersbwho make up a considerable percentage of the voting public-probably at
20% if not more.Without their support at the next federal election,the Republican have got two chances of gaining office.Buckleys and Nunn. Keep up the good work,Rupe 🙂

It is a cunning plan. Publishing supports one side. TV supports the other. Win-win for the organisation as a whole.
like in the Wars of the Roses. Families with two sons sent one off to war on each side, so they came out a winner either way.
