Iโm just relieved that Leroy wonโt be using the aquarium โฆ as a dogfish.
Our adorable cat would definitely splash about with an aquarium to hand. Heโs fascinated by water and loves to bat a paw about in any water containers - not to mention trying to jump up when a tap is turned on so that he play with the running water,

hi, about 2 months ago leroy was struggling with a very bad limp on his left rear leg/hip.
i took him to the vet and spent $1000 on tests
i got told they thought he had had a stroke!
of course int sent me into a very dark place, i thought i was going to lose him!
now my local vet is now being run by a couple of very young vets (no life experience)
so here i was on the verge of putting leroy down
as a interim 'try it and see' i was sent home with him and some pills
he improved over the next few days, but still had a couple of days when he limped
but gradually hes almost back to normal.
i dont think he had a stroke, i think he just pulled a hip muscle.
i wont be returning to THAT vets again!
as of today hes on no drugs, all ive done his added some 'joint powder' to his diet, i had foo on it when he was showing signs of pain in his joints, and it has helped a lot i believe
i have been walking him with short walks not his old long walks

Hopefully Leroy is better soon. A stroke seems an odd diagnosis for the symptoms to me but I must admit, I'm not a dog person. I'd keep up the shorter walks and the joint powder ...... and lots of cuddles and spoiling. Don't let Rosie feel left out though - cuddles and spoiling for her too ๐ค
