My tip for the day:
Don't cut your fringe after you've put your make-up on. The bits you've cut off stick to your face.
If you did cut your fringe after you've put your make-up on, don't try to blow them off with the blow-dryer.
It can blow the little spikey cut off bits into your eyes, which is quite painful and makes them water, so you have to wipe them, resulting in your wiping off your eyeshadow so you may have to re-apply your make-up.
If you can be bothered lol
Grrr.

Oh gawd, now you've reminded me of my first home self waxing experience. Down there.
Traumatised

Never use hair removal cream right above your eyebrows to shape them. If you do, the cream will most likely melt from your body heat and run down in to your brows.....causing half your brows to disappear and giving you an angry expression on your face until the brows thankfully grow back in.
Tip #2: Never let family members(or anyone, for that matter) take pictures of you after any humiliating event where your appearance has been altered for the worse. Unless you want to be reminded of every dumb mistake you've ever made.

It was before the Brazillian era, so that's a plus.
A simple bikini wax... but once the wax is on... you're committed. It has to come off, no matter what tangled mess you've created

Been there done that with the old waxstrips, you know it has to come off 🙂

When putting elastic into a skirt waistband, be sure to remove the pins before pulling it right through ....

Apparently washing your hair with raw egg is good for it.
Doing that while having a hot shower isn't so good.
Neither is laughing at your girlfriend because she has scrambled egg in her hair .

Can't argue with that!

Don't over water plants on a shelf where there's a power board right below them.
Drip... drip... ZAP!
(I spent the afternoon getting the smell of burnt 'I don't really want to know what it is' out of the house. And finding a new powerboard).

If you're setting up a raised garden bed on an old patch of lawn, don't spray weed killer on the grass inside the bed.
- This is when you look at me as if to say "Did you do that?".
- And I say "Isn't it nice how the weather's getting warmer again...?".
