House Rules!

No not that house... the TV show House Rules.

Who's been watching that so far?

Who makes you want to through something through the TV at them?

Yes its on at 7.30.

What is Bomber's medical treatment? I've missed heaps but not a fan of his. He seems to be a real whinger and malingerer. Mel is great though.

I do agree with Az though, that it is all scripted and contrived, they all have their role to play for the ratings.

I love the old ones, Carole and Russell. She was spot on with her description of cantankerous in the very first show.

Well Bomber must have some built in sweat generator because I don't think anyone could script that sort of dripping naturally.

I suspect it's more of an editing script than an acting one.

The house they are working on this week is the one in Townsville belonging to Maddi and Lloyd. (I think that's his name).

Bomber and Mel are next week.

For Qld and NSW viewers there is no House Rules on Wednesday night due to State of Origin. Instead we will see it on Thursday night.

well maddi and lloyd showed they are all class - they said outright whoever did their kitchen and guest bedroom made them nervous but they still awarded them a 10 - what they thought it deserved and not what woud boost them up the ladder.

brooke and grant had the smug smirks wiped off their faces both with the scores and ending up in the tent - loved it!!

Yes, they sure did.

The hessian looked shocking.  It would get too dusty for my liking in a bedroom. If they wanted to hessian the ceiling they should have used a white painted hessian and have less of a drape effect.  That just looked dodgy.

The hessian looked ridiculous and wasn't even put up properly, they would have been better to paint the ceiling white. Ugly! spoiled the otherwise nice room but the walk in robe 😮

And they didn't even do a good job of it. It was all wrinkled and twisted.  I would have pulled it down and painted it. They surely can't have stepped back for a look and thought "that looks good".
