Got ready early this morning so i could drop the kids at school and head to Westfield before it got too hot.
Got a great park at the shops.
Got everything done that i needed to and when i get back to my car, some ratbag has parked in a non car spot right behind me, blocking me in.
I rummage through my bag looking for a pen to write down her licence plate so i can report her to westfield. No pen.
I look for my phone, find it. Phone is not charged (nothing unusual for me).
So i stand and wait and wait and wait and just as im about to leave and go find center management, this lady runs to the car yelling "Sorry Sorry".
I say "You are a rude, inconsiderate *female dog*. I was just about to go report you. This is not a car park and your selfishness has kept me waiting here with my baby."
She says "I was only 5 minutes".
I say "Actually, it has been 9 minutes since i got here, so who knows how long you were before that".
She then gets in the car and drives off.
X-( some people are so inconsiderate and rude.
And there were plenty of other car spaces left that she could have parked in

i wonder how many would of just said, after she yelled "sorry' at them,...."thats ok, dont worry about it"
Im sure that would of really made her think twice before doing it again to someone else
I wouldve been annoyed of course.... who wouldnt be? But I certainly wouldnt have sworn at anybody, goodness knows what you would get back, whos to know that the driver wasnt a pyscho and maybe tried to physically attack you? I think you got away with it this time maybe you wont be so lucky if you try that with another inconsiderate motorist.
Really might be time to get some perspective, there are other more pressing things to worry about in this world other than being boxed in by another car...I mean really.

No Lakeland..............some of us simply do not swear.
i know that. i don't swear unless i have reasonable cause. i think this is one of those times.
there was a bloke who parked up his diesel toyota 4wd next to me when i was waiting to pick someone up a few weeks ago, he didn't turn it off he just locked it and kept the air-con running (must have been all of 26 degrees too) after ten or 15 minutes i was tired of the noisy diesel so i covered his snorkel with a rag i had handy and choked the engine and the engine and the racket stopped . i was still waiting 15 minutes later and he hadn't come back when i left.

your scenario is nothing at all like my thread here.
"I understand your annoyance Amy. However, would you accept the excuse from your children if they chose to name call out of annoyance ? I think that is what people are saying."
When my children are adults i hope i have taught them to not allow people to walk all over them. They will be well mannered and respectful but i will be completely fine with them to do as i did today if this situation ever greets them

no. but i'd thought i'd say it anyway, hardly worth starting a thread over.

As for "swearing in front of the child", lol, he was to busy eating a biscuit to pay any attention to me and what was going on.
:^O Say what?

"Really might be time to get some perspective, there are other more pressing things to worry about in this world other than being boxed in by another car...I mean really."
Who's worried about it? Not me.
Maybe you should get to all your "pressing" things rather then responding on this thread.
Anyway, at the end of the day, i said what i said and if i could go back in time...i would say the exact same thing again.
Im still waiting for the nah sayers to answer this
"I would like to hear what those who disagree with what i said would have done in this situation."

Seriously? You don't know how another person may have responded? You don't realise there is a way of stating your annoyance or 'being a pushover' without name calling?
okayyy

Im not much of a poster, as I DO attend to more pressing matters 95% of the time.
Dont have the time or the inclination to air every single aspect of my life on these boards for other posters to mull over I leave that to others with more time on their hands ๐
