Got ready early this morning so i could drop the kids at school and head to Westfield before it got too hot.
Got a great park at the shops.
Got everything done that i needed to and when i get back to my car, some ratbag has parked in a non car spot right behind me, blocking me in.
I rummage through my bag looking for a pen to write down her licence plate so i can report her to westfield. No pen.
I look for my phone, find it. Phone is not charged (nothing unusual for me).
So i stand and wait and wait and wait and just as im about to leave and go find center management, this lady runs to the car yelling "Sorry Sorry".
I say "You are a rude, inconsiderate *female dog*. I was just about to go report you. This is not a car park and your selfishness has kept me waiting here with my baby."
She says "I was only 5 minutes".
I say "Actually, it has been 9 minutes since i got here, so who knows how long you were before that".
She then gets in the car and drives off.
X-( some people are so inconsiderate and rude.
And there were plenty of other car spaces left that she could have parked in

I blocked a car park in December for about 30 seconds while I ran into a shop and dropped something off and ran out again. An old bloke gave me a gob-full when I got back to my car. He also YELLED at me YOU MUST BE SOMEONE REALLY SPECIAL IF YOU THINK YOU CAN PARK ANYWHERE YOU LIKE.
So I did a low, graceful, ballet type bow and waved at him like the Queen when I drove off 😛
He was right. But at least he didn't call you the dog word. He has manners.
PS I'm praying for Clair

i personally avoid confrontation and would not have say anything to be honest because i would have been worried about the woman physically attacking me and hurting me and or the baby.
sadly people are becoming more and more self centered and seem to think rules do not relate to them. i would drive around a car park over and over rather then park someone in.

I probably would of sworn at the woman too.
I'm sick of being a pushover

You do not have to abuse another person.
WE are adults.
We can respond in an adult manner.
For example:
Woman comes running up saying sorry.
We could say "I've been standing here in the heat with my baby not knowing when you'd be back. I was starting to get very distressed".
This lets the other person know you are upset. You have used the "I" word and not the personally attacking "you" word.
The other person then has a chance to also act in an adult manner.
"Oh I'm sorry. It was selfish of me to think I wasn't inconveniencing you".
"I accept your apology".

Or you could act like a feral, teach your kids how to act like ferals and hope to God the next person you decide to attack doesn't think like you do because then you'll have to up the ante. Perhaps take a baseball bat with you next time just in case.
But then you might have to up the ante again.
Loaded gun anyone?
