Got ready early this morning so i could drop the kids at school and head to Westfield before it got too hot.
Got a great park at the shops.
Got everything done that i needed to and when i get back to my car, some ratbag has parked in a non car spot right behind me, blocking me in.
I rummage through my bag looking for a pen to write down her licence plate so i can report her to westfield. No pen.
I look for my phone, find it. Phone is not charged (nothing unusual for me).
So i stand and wait and wait and wait and just as im about to leave and go find center management, this lady runs to the car yelling "Sorry Sorry".
I say "You are a rude, inconsiderate *female dog*. I was just about to go report you. This is not a car park and your selfishness has kept me waiting here with my baby."
She says "I was only 5 minutes".
I say "Actually, it has been 9 minutes since i got here, so who knows how long you were before that".
She then gets in the car and drives off.
X-( some people are so inconsiderate and rude.
And there were plenty of other car spaces left that she could have parked in

Similar thing happened to me not to long ago, just before Christmas....I have to admit, I was starting to fume internally as it was only making me run late for an appointment (that and the fact that the Xmas rush within the shopping center was frustrating enough). We did have time to go have an announcement put over the PA system and return to the car.
Then out came this woman, heavily pregnant....couldn't say sorry enough...even after, without name calling, I told her I was not happy about the situation and I felt she was being selfish. She apparently hadn't even heard the announcement of her cars registration number.
Then I learned that she couldn't find a park and was busting to go to the toilet and had she not got out there and then, she would have had an "accident".
I'm glad I took the moment to hear her reasoning.
We happily reversed out and she happily took the vacant spot to go back inside and do her shopping. Drama diverted. All up, about 30 mins out of my day and a few dollars ( We went over the free parking allowance by about 7 minutes) but *shrug*...no biggy in the big scheme of things.

and c'mon hey folks - DDB got cross, acted in the spur of the moment and said a swear word - I hardly think it deserves a public flogging for goodness sakes!
public flogging?? where?
DDB put up her experience... posters give their opinion on her actions... no one is flogging her.

swearing in front of children regardless of age is just not on.....your son is 2 and 2 year olds will repeat your words. using the excuse he's only 2? personally imo you maade yourself the lesser person by your actions. no doubt you would have done the same should the older childer been there.....not a good example? ....but we learn by our mistakes?

For heavens sakes, all of you that saying DDB did the wrong thing in swearing, and it wasnt a really bad word, when it is all said and done, there are so many worse words around.
Surely if you were in her place and on the heat of the moment, you would have re- acted the same way. maybe even saying something worse.
DDB.....and it doesnt make you a lesser person for saying it.

PH..... surely an opinion is allowed even if it does not agree with the OP's actions?

PH..... surely an opinion is allowed even if it does not agree with the OP's actions?
of course.........
The majority are saying she said the wrong thing.........but who are we to judge her, when in a similar situation, we might say even worse..........

oh get a grip - its just a word, so what if her 2 year old does repeat it.
My kids mimicked me and said a few choice words when they were toddlers, they had no idea what they were saying and funnily enough it actually hasn't had a detrimental impact on their lives at all.
we really need an eyerolling smiley on here.

well, I am not judging.... just saying I would not use that word at anyone......or say worse. What would be the point of a thread that doesn't allow anyone to post a real opinion whether in agreement or disagreement??
