How terror threats have changed my outlook on life.

During the period of the Martin Place siege at the Lindt cafe, my son, DIL and infant granddaughter were in lock up in seperate buildings for many hours.
I was terrified until I found out that they were safe.
Last week they were again locked down when another siege threat was made in Phillip Street.
This time I was merely concerned, not terrified.
When and how did the unthinkable in this country become the acceptable.
That in itself is terrifying.

We don't have much of a problem with terrorism in this country. ๐Ÿ™‚

How do you figure that when young Australian men

Are dying fighting for isis

Are they the only ones or just only the ones that

Are made public

Come on

That doesn't  make sense

If they die then they're no one's problem. If they come back then that's different.

I'd be quite happy with that. No returns allowed. After all, anyone who has travelled overseas to fight for a foreign regime does not deserve to be allowed to return. They have demonstrated a change of allegiance.

Are you referring to Australians who are involved

Or everyone including Muslims

As far as I am concerned, anyone (including any Australian citizen)  who goes overseas to fight for a foreign regime, has demonstrated a change of  allegiance and should not be allowed to return to Australia.

That's just my opinion.

I agree absolutely but the fact is they are coming back

Not white  Australian boys

Their sharia mates have so selflessly given up their martyrdom

And 72 virgins is it so an infidel can have all the gory

That's  mateship with a capital M

Well, it does seem that foreign fighters for IS do get killed a lot. especially in suicide bombings?

So far, the law allows their return, although I believe they are arrested on return. Not sure what the penalty is though.

What they are doing is recruiting

Infidels to do the dirty work for them

Under the pretence of acceptance

And using them as suicide bombers

Or killing them if they want to come home

Probably having a good old laugh

About it around the campfire when their dead
