How to vote this year

I honestly cannot vote for either of the major parties, it is going to be a tough one for me.

How do others feel?

I'm afraid I am rather hard these days.....if idiots want to experiment with drugs they are welcome to do so as long as they and their families accept the consequences.

There has been enough reporting of the effects of drug use.....no-one can say they weren't warned.

the event organisers should foot the bill.

They are the ones who are profiting from the event.  They should exercise a duty of care by paying for the costs associated with running a safe event for ticket holders.  This means they should fund the pill testing AND provision of stand-by ambulances.

Which really means the event patrons are footing the bill....as it should be.  The organisers will certainly pass on the costs to the patrons.   A bit like ebay sellers who pass on their costs to the buyers.

I wouldn't vote for either of them either. Liberal and Labor are the same kind of ratbags as far as I'm concerned.

The minor parties are all in a disarray though, and none of them seem strong enough to lead in government.

If it came to the crunch, I'd vote Liberal over Labor simply because I can't stand the thought of Bill Shorten as PM.

Im not great fan of Shorten but the thought of 3 more yrs with a Lib gov, makes me wanna throw up

I'll be glad to see the back of this lot next election. Did anyone see Four Corners on Monday. Saudi women trying to flee oppression are told by border force (i.e Dutton) to return to Saudi Arabia where they face certain imprisonment,torture and maybe death.It's OK to roll out the red carpet for au pairs hired by your mates though.Disgraceful.

So nothing has changed ovet the years, even when Toxic Tony was PM

Toxic Tony was not all that toxic when he first became PM.....he got much worse once the power went to his head.

Most reasonable thinking Liberal voters would not have voted for him a second time.

Ever since he was dumped he has shown his true colours.....odious little man that he is.   Even his own electorate wants to dump him now.

Only once in over 50 years of voting have I not voted Liberal...the next election will be the second time.  I just hope we have a decent Independent in our safe Labor seat.

Sadly, nothing better has come after Mr Abbott.

Certainly not Mr Turncoatbull or his party faithfuls.

Scott Morrison? I don't mind him, but I don't think he can prevail.

I don't mind Peter Dutton. He has the strength of character but not the public approval. No charisma.

Libs have nothing to offer, in other words.

Neither do Labs. Bill Shorten? A petulant little man. Scornful.

If I could tolerate anyone of the ALP as PM it would be Tanya Plibersek. Love her speaking skills and her presentation. Knows her stuff.

You are right in saying nothing better has come after Toxic Tony, Turnbull your right, Morrison reminds me of an unsuccessful bible bashing used car dealer, and Peter Dutton would nave been responsible for the demise of the Liberal Party as we know it.

Toxic Tony only became PM so we could be rid of Krudd, he didn't change his spots when he became a polly or PM. Julie Bishop is only hanging around so as she can finally become Parliamentary Leader(in Opposition of course and maybe a junior party of the LNP) after the much heralded Election massacre.
