Also stay tuned for strikes on the Gonski turnaround.
For someone that believes he speaks for most Australians, Tony's leadership will be filled with allot of protests and I am sure he will try and silence them using police who will be the bad guys when ordered to shut any protests down.

My son in law who's a Harley Rider and runs a m/cycle workshop in Mackay is incensed by the police crackdown on bikers as well, but really, I can see the police need to take a hard line re bikie gangs in light of the violence by certain gangs in past years. Public safety must come first.
I feel the kind of people who make up some or the modern bikie gangs are to blame.

all of the offences they commit could be dealt with under existing law if that was the objective ( which it isn't) the objective is to appear tough on crime.

i have seen quite a few pics of the various venues, they got a good turn out and looked as though it was all well organised.
It astounds me how many people still believe that these laws are only going to be applied to outlaw clubs.
