For Tony Abbott,
Promises before the election, will people forgive him?
These very important promises he made probably convinced many to vote for him.
Does it make him look like a fool because he harped on about the previous governments promises.
Solved! Go to Solution.

8 Oct 2014 "document cannot be found or does not exist"
FOI response from the Dept. Prime Minister and Cabinet
Facts state that any document showing that Tony Abbott, had/has renounced his dual citizenship cannot be found or does not exist.
So under section 44 of our Australian Constitution I ask quite simply, how can this man be allowed to be the Prime Minister of Australia without being in breach of our Constitution?
3. .....gee, this is new blaming Labor again?! LOL ....you are a card monnie

This is probably going to sound totally ignorant to those of you that know about this stuff.
But why does it matter if the govt delivers a deficit or a surplus? What is so bad about being in debt? I thought everyone was in debt to a degree, some obviously more than others but still, for most people owning the necessities of life ie; house, car etc means going into debt. If the government is working toward better conditions for the people we shouldnt have to worry about being in debt imo. It all depends where the govt is spending money doesn't it? Isn't surplus usually achieved by selling off major assets to O/S investors?

Hhhhm. Session in the Big building finishes at the end of the week......so any 'convincing' needs to be done now I reckon.
Can't see any black hats fitted with springing white rabbits - but wait!.........behind that pile of plastic red heart chest badges, that were so quickly used and thrown in the corner......is that the brim of a black top hat??

Nothing wrong with a deficit at all, what is wrong apparently is saying you will deliver a surpus and don't.
The abbott government used the deficit as tactic to get into government but it isn't looking like they will deliver a surpus either.
