Julia, I don't think that is the case, at least for me.......... I don't see it as any different, everyone has a cross to bear, our lives shape us, we make choices etc.

I'm sure there would be if everyone ran and tittle tattled every time someone said something they didn't agree with or like
You haven't seen the update? Apparently, moderators no longer remove posts that people don't like or agree with...................it has to be against the rules of the forum and mods just remove posts without any tittle tattling these days.

when I look at that picture it reminds me of a paedophile waiting to pounce on an unsuspecting prey
If Carter was working as a photographer for "Childrens Rights Against Paedophilia"
And this picture was used in that text
He would be applauded for his brilliant depiction and could have accepted the pulitzer prize with his head held high
Then his lifes work would have been his finest hour and not attributed to his death
let's not assume that anyone on this post would not want to pick up that child just because they have not uttered those words
and let's not believe that everyone would just because they did .

I must not have seen your previous post.
Personally, I think to suggest it, in the context of pedophilea, is in poor taste and I am sure the photographer wouldn't appreciate it.
It is my understanding, (when the pic was first shown), that the child's parents were actually getting food not far away from the child, when the pic was taken. Vultures were there because it was a food handout site, not just waiting for the child to die but hoping for food scaps.

Contact the moderator and ask if that was the case, and post the answer.
Then...............
