I can't stand the heat and the next 2 days are going to be boilers.
I'm sick of the fires, I feel for all the people that have lost homes ect.
Come back autumn and winter.

Roll on Autumn or early spring when the temps are mid 20's at their very highest, and no humidity.
Last night our temps were about 28 - 29 degrees with over 80 percent humidity. It was awful.
I can't stand the heat, not having air con doesn't help, and ceiling fans only blow hot air around.
Bring on April for cooler, more pleasant weather.

My favourite season is Autumn. When you know summer is well and truly over and the leaves start to turn bright colours and the temps are low 20's and you feel motivated to do things and joy of joy's you don't break into a sweat getting up off the sofa to get a cold drink.
The heat also makes me cranky, headachey and unproductive.
Bring on Autumn! Or winter. Or spring. Or temps below 30 C!

Nup, give me that sticky, sweaty, glowing skin feeling over goosebumps anyday :^O

Maybe I'm just inherently lazy and enjoy lounging around with a cold drink and a good book too much :^O

Oh this gusty hot north wind is driving me crazy. X-(

I'm with Lurker and all the other sun worshipers!
My patio is decked and the pool area is dressed to remind me of tropicle PARADISE!

Yes I loathe those hot dry winds and high temps and the extremes but it's nice not to have put piles of clothes on
.
A friend in Philadelphia is telling me how with their freezing
temps right now she has to put 3 layers of clothes on to go out including long johns. and I don't much fancy that either.

Pool + aircon = love summer

I hate the heat - I just wilt and feel awful and with very fair skin, I cannot go to the beach for more than 5 seconds or go outside without a bad sunburn.
I have no idea how people can bake themselves on a beach.
I could never live in Queensland or anywhere similar.
I would be happiest in the snowy mts.
I just hate the day after day of being damp underfoot in winter though - gets annoying after a while
