when I have 3 near misses in one day:
lady pulled out in front of me in the car park, she didn't look to her left at all, lucky I have good brakes.....yes, I had right of way. I did nothing, said nothing, yet she gave me the "finger".... still I did and said nothing.
Motorbike rider overtook me on a corner, on the inside 
and then proceeded to swerve in front of me to get in the outside lane again.
Small child ran onto the road as his mother was putting groceries in her car. Again, good brakes and a heart stopping moment
