that poor baby
i cannot fathom just how beating the poo out of a defenseless baby eases pressure...

is the baby still with him?

😞
The court was told the baby did not have permanent injuries and the teen now had only supervised access to his son. Judge Schoombee said there was a need to send a strong message that mistreatment of children was a serious offence and there would be suitable punishment.

Mr Griz it's a bit confusing because it looks like the babies mother is still with him but the judge ordered supervised visits? Wonder how that works?
Perhaps the mother is authorised to 'supervise' the father with baby.
But, while he is not allowed to be alone with the baby, she is (IMO) not capable of stopping him.

and the teen now had only supervised access to his son.
That reads to me that the father is no longer living with his son and the mother and is not allowed to turn up there and visit the child whenever he feels like it?
I doubt whether the father would still be allowed to live in the same home with the baby and the babies mother?
Supervised visits would be at a designated place with a staff member from child services, present as well?

You hear a lot of child abuse cases lately makes you wonder what's happening in our society.
Where was the Mum?
