I just expanded on the message in the OP so that it included other people (not just self focused)..ie; Community minded.

Hawk, you said it depends on what some do to have a good day.

Some people destroy others so that others in one way or another so as don't ruin their day....or because that is their personal idea of having a good day.

And here I was thinking you were commenting on how others really can spoil your day by killing your child.

The only person that can ruin your day is yourself.

If you are affected by what another person or persons say than you either lack self confidence or you need to grow a thicker skin.

I don't agree. There are many external factors that can ruin your day.

Car accident, early labor, washing machine flood, hubby having a heart attack while you're vacuuming, child is shot by nut case at school....

I got new carpet in the spare bedroom today. So I'm excited. It's soft and plush and I'm seriously considering getting naked and rolling on it and making carpet angels and stuff. That would be enjoyable 😉

That too Freaki.Also that some people feel that their own  right to have a good day outweighs all else.

If someone killed any of my offspring that would ruin more than my current day ...it would would also ruin the day (and longer) of many others who love them.
