I've just had my house painted and want to share :D

I bought my house back in the year 2000 and I'm on the never ending renovation cycle, there's always something to do with an older house.

Well I've just had it painted, it must be over 30 years since it was last done. I think it is the best thing that I've had done to the joint since I moved in well maybe just behind getting an inside toilet (that was an exciting day).

Huh ?:| they hold up the bull nose verandah.

Joz, it looks so good I'm very pleased with it, I'll see what other photos I have, it was only completed tonight so I just snapped a few on the phone.

The main colour was easy to choose, it's the same as the colorbond extension out the back. I chose three different colours for the trim and the painters helped pick the final one. He really wanted to paint the door and asked me a couple of times, I stood my ground and even he liked it in the end.

The bones :^O he gets dragged out each summer to keep the flies out cos I ripped the tacky screen door off years ago. I think I need to get a new door and screens to match the new sophisticated paint job now, not sure what will happen to the bones.

I assume the roof and gutters are the same color?(or the third color?)
