I have windows 10 download sitting in my bottom toolbar and i'm not game to tackle it.

I ended up having to bite the bullet & get 10.

I did it through the update site.

Bit different - but once - like everything you get used to finding your way around it - not so bad.

Then downloaded Chrome - works much better than IE (which I wouldn't & didn't stop using for years).

Helen I will take a big deep breath one day soon and just do it. I have NBN being connected next month i'm dreading that as well. I'm too old for all this changing stuff

I'm sure someone will help you with Win 10.   And when they do, you

can install Microsoft Edge as your browser.     It comes with Win 10

Well that sounds very complicated to me stawks I thought the muffin bait might work 

Once I get the NBN connected I will attempt to sort the rest out with the help of a computer doctor.

I used the wrong word when I said  'install'  Microsoft Edge as your browser.

You don't have to install it.   It's just there in your apps - you just have to open it.

Helen, have you found it yet?     Open your menu, look in your apps under M for

Microsoft Edge.

You just need to open it for an extra browser

Thanks Stawks - yes have it.

Just use Chrome as it is what I am used to now & works.
