Yes of course.  For the normal small time seller and you get no other negative feedback you will have your 100% back.

For larger sellers they can cop a few negs without their percentage going down.

You need to state where your items will be sent from, especially if you are dropshipping.

You can ask the buyer to remove it.

Otherwise you have to sell a LOT more stuff and get positive feedback or wait for 12 months, I think they stop affecting your feedback then.

You have some listed as located Queensland, China.

Better revise any listings to have the correct location before you get too many reporting them.

Buyers are not happy when it arrives from China and they thought they were buying from an Aussie seller.

If the buyer wont agree to removing it, you can add follow up feedback apologising and stating you items now have locations correctly stated. Assuming thats the neg you're asking about.
